Gatwick has two terminals, North and South, connected by a free shuttle. Your booking confirmation shows which terminal your airline uses.

How do I know if I need North or South Terminal?

Your airline decides the terminal. It's printed on your booking confirmation and listed on the airline's website.

Do you cover the whole of London for Gatwick transfers?

Yes, and the rest of the UK too. Enter any UK postcode or address in the calculator to see a fixed price for your Gatwick transfer.

What if I'm travelling with lots of luggage?

Enter how many suitcases and bags you have in the calculator and choose a vehicle with room for them, such as an estate or MPV. For large items like bikes or golf bags, please call or WhatsApp us before booking.

How long will the driver wait at Gatwick?

For airport pickups, your driver waits up to 60 minutes free of charge from the time your flight actually lands. For pickups at an address, the first 15 minutes after your booked pickup time are free. After that, waiting is charged at £20 an hour, worked out by the minute.

What if my flight is delayed?

We follow your flight using the flight number you give us. If it lands late, your 60 free minutes start from the actual landing time, and a delay is never charged. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, please call us on +44 7470 046660 as soon as you can.

Are child seats free?

Yes. Child seats are free of charge. Tell us how many you need in the extras step when you book.
