Questions

Heathrow transfer FAQs

Which Heathrow terminal should I choose?

Pick the terminal shown on your flight booking. If you're not sure, your airline's website lists the terminal it uses at Heathrow.

What does the price include?

One fixed total for the whole vehicle, with airport charges included. Child seats are free. Meet & Greet in the arrivals hall is an optional extra, shown in your price before you book.

What do I need to book a Heathrow pickup?

Your terminal, flight number, scheduled landing time, the address you are going to, and how many passengers and bags are travelling.

How long will the driver wait at Heathrow?

For airport pickups, your driver waits up to 60 minutes free of charge from the time your flight actually lands. For pickups at an address, the first 15 minutes after your booked pickup time are free. After that, waiting is charged at £20 an hour, worked out by the minute.

What if my flight is delayed?

We follow your flight using the flight number you give us. If it lands late, your 60 free minutes start from the actual landing time, and a delay is never charged. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, please call us on +44 7470 046660 as soon as you can.

Are child seats free?

Yes. Child seats are free of charge. Tell us how many you need in the extras step when you book.
